Mascoma Community Health Center. Community Health Center serving six central New Hampshire communities with primary care, dentistry, behavioral medicine and social services. Future services will include lab, imaging and pharmacy.

Mid-State Health Center – Community Health Center. New health center providing primary care, dentistry, behavioral health, social services, pharmacy, and laboratory.

Middlesex Hospital – Urgent Care Centers. New interior construction in existing unfinished shell (Old Saybrook) and existing retail space (Middletown).

Lawrence+Memorial Hospital – Hospital Lobby Renovation. Reconfiguration and renovation of the Hospital’s main lobby.

Trinity Health of New England. Multi-specialty group practice comprising exam and treatment spaces, lab drawing, and physical therapy. Construction completed Summer 2021.

Ellis Medicine – Medical Center of Clifton Park. Satellite health center with emergency department, imaging, laboratory, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, physical therapy, and primary care in Southern Saratoga County.

Replacement Critical Access Hospital. Replacement Critical Access Hospital and Medical Offices.
